Abel Tesfaye, who is known for his chart-topping hit track, made a shocking announcement about extending his tour for one final leg.

After debuting his new song featuring Anitta, the Grammy winner turned to his social media and announced he will be doing more dates.

In a surprise update, the Blinding Lights hitmaker shared a poster for the final leg of the musical journey in Asia.

Abel penned down in the caption: “After hours til dawn tour 2026 final leg… LIVE IN ASIA.”

He will be performing in Tokyo (20 September), Jakarta (26 and 27 September), Singapore (2 and 3 October), Seoul (7 and 8 October), Bangkok (11 October), Hing Kong (30 and 31 October) and Kuala Lampur (4 November).

There has been a noticeable change in the appearance of the musician after his vacation to Japan where he was spotted playing video games and enjoying his time.

Is The Weeknd retiring?

It is to be noted that the Popular crooner is reportedly ending the journey of his famous persona after releasing chart-topping tracks.

Abel has been hinting at the retirement of The Weeknd as he recently sang a lyric which was seen as a direct message for his fans to bid farewell.

However, he might continue to make music with another name or his real identity.
