Michael Jackson is once again at the center of serious legal controversy, as his estate faces a new lawsuit filed by four siblings who accuse the late pop star of long term sexual abuse during their childhood.

Based on latest findings, the case, filed in Los Angeles federal court, is brought by three brothers Aldo, Eddie, Dominic and one sister, Marie Nicole, from New Jersey.

They claim they were groomed from a young age and abused over several years, including during visits to their family home and while Jackson was traveling for work, as reported by the New York Times.

The filing also alleges that people around Jackson enabled and failed to stop the alleged conduct.

In that interview, the defendant described years of alleged abuse and said they were manipulated and silenced through gifts, fear, and Jackson’s fame.

The report also highlighted claims that the family was misled during earlier legal discussions tied to a 2019 settlement process.

Estate representatives strongly deny all allegations, calling the lawsuit a “money grab” and a late attempt to extract money from Jackson’s legacy.

They also point to the family’s past public comments defending Jackson, saying the new claims contradict earlier statements.

The lawsuit comes as interest in Jackson’s life returns with the release of a new biopic project.

The allegations remain unproven in court, and no legal findings have been made against the estate at this stage.
