Doja Cat 'pokes' fun at Nicki Minaj during live stream

Doja Cat seems to have joined celebrities who stood against Nicki Minaj who has shown public support for President Donald Trump.

As the 45-year-old singer observed a major shift in her political views, the entire entertainment industry called out the musician.

In a recent live stream, Doja was interrupted by her pet cat who was chewing the wires. She gently lifts up her furry friend and asked the cat to leave the wires.

She playfully stated: “Are you Nicki Minaj? Are you chewing on the wires? Don’t chew on the wires. Let go… Nicki, let go Nicki.”

While the Woman hitmaker did not present it as a joke, the online community claimed that the remarks were meant to be offensive towards the High School crooner.

One of the X users penned down: “In other words, She call @NICKIMINAJ a P***y,” while her fans jumped in to defend the musician.

An admirer was of the opinion that she crowned the cat Nicki because “it chewed the pink wires. Stop being deliberately stupid.

The Paint the Town Red crooner has not called out the rapper like other celebrities; however, fandom continues to pit them against each other.

Noticeably, the two have collaborated on a song Say So which turned out to be a massive hit after it was released in 2020.
