Angelina Jolie’s only son still close to dad Brad Pitt’s side of the family

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s five children have already removed Pitt from their surnames amid ongoing family estrangement.

But there is one child who still has a relationship with the Troy actor’s side of the family

According to Page Six, he is none other than Pax Jolie-Pitt, who shares a complicated relationship with his famous father.

A source close to F1 actor tells the outlet that Pax “is still close with his dad’s side of the family and continues to spend time with them”.

Another insider reveals that the 22-year-old “recently joined his family as they went out to dinner and celebrated his cousin Sydney’s engagement to Archimede Jerome”.

Interestingly, the family gathering included Brad’s sister Julie Pitt Neal along with other relatives.

Although Pax might be estranged from his celebrity father, he has not completely severed ties with Pitt family.

A first source spills to Page Six that Pax “doesn’t have much of a relationship with Brad” despite being connected to his paternal relatives.

Meanwhile, Pax’s other siblings have decided to drop Pitt from their surname once and for all while keeping Jolie with their names.

Zahara Jolie was reportedly the first one to drop Pitt from her surname during her Spelman College sorority induction.

Then Shiloh and eldest son Maddox also legally removed Pitt from their last name.

Earlier this month, reports claimed that Knox Jolie also dropped Pitt on his high school diploma, and Vivienne Jolie didn’t use Pitt in the Playbill for The Outsiders, the Broadway production.

Meanwhile, Brad finalised his long-running divorce from Angelina in December 2024.
