Taylor Frankie Paul has given a raw update on healing journey after her domestic violence charges were dropped by prosecutors.

The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star took to Instagram to pen a lengthy caption and share how she has been navigating the chaos in her life.

"Here come the ugly parts of what healing actually looks like. If you know me you know I’ll admit my parts, flaws, and faults. I’m well aware thats apart of it…This public atrocity that I not only lived through once but twice now, on even a bigger scale was ultimately the cost to my freedom,” she wrote.

The mother-of-three went on to write that she wouldn’t wish the things she went through on her worst enemy.

She added that she was in pain when she felt gratitude after she was not taken to court over the allegations and altercations between her and ex-boyfriend Dakota Mortensen.

“Metaphorically someone witnessed me bleeding out and poured salt all over me... somehow I’m still here.. as we can see barely because I believe God held me through and sent help plus an army which makes me cry because, thank you to all of you that supported even without full context,” Paul wrote.

The 31-year-old also dished that there was a lot divine timing and intervention involved, noting the significance and pattern of the number seven in her journey.
