Lil Jon is finally ready to share his story.
The cover of the award-winning rapper and producer, I Only Shout So You Can Hear Me, was unveil by PEOPLE's Magazine.
The book will be out on shelves on October 20 by Black Privilege Publishing, an imprint of Atria Books and Simon and Schuster.
Written with Paul Cantor, the memoir follows the story of Lil Jon to fame, starting with the birth of his mother in Alabama.
Readers will track his path to his early DJ work in Atlanta, the formation of his first band, Lil Jon and the East Side Boyz and the development of his hits including Get Low, Turn Down for What and Yeah!.
It is also reflected in the book how the author worked with artists such as Usher, Ice Cube, Pitbull and Ciara.
Moreover, the memoir reveals dedication of Lil Jon to meditation, mindfulness and Islam.
He also shares the negative aspects of life, such as the shocking family disclosures and the loss of his son, Nathan Smith, in February 2026.
Lil Jon, 55, in a statement has marked, "I've been blessed to amass enormous wins, but with that I've also had to endure immense hardships and painful losses privately and publicly... and I'm finally ready to share that with you all."
Notably, American radio host Charlamagne tha God called the book "an invitation to channel that same energy into growth and healing."
