Demi Lovato and Jutes are bracing themselves for an emotional milestone, spending their very first wedding anniversary apart.
The couple, who tied the knot in May 2025, are about to hit the road on separate tours, and it’s already tugging at their heartstrings.
While Jutes gears up to take Europe by storm before heading to North America, Demi is preparing for her own US run supporting her latest album It’s Not That Deep.
Speaking candidly, he admitted the topic is almost too painful to dwell on.
“We get sad when we talk about it,” he confessed, revealing the pair are trying to avoid thinking about the looming distance.
“It’s gonna be tough — there’s no way around that.”
Despite calling the situation “really sucks”, the Sleepyhead hitmaker is determined to make it work, promising plenty of FaceTime dates until they can reunite.
And when they do, a delayed anniversary celebration is already on the cards.
Jutes gushed about the songstress’ unwavering support, saying she believes in him more than he believes in himself.
“Seeing her win makes me feel better than seeing myself win,” he sweetly shared.
In fact, the pair seem to be rewriting the rulebook on marriage.
He even dismissed the idea that arguments are inevitable, joking that they’ve yet to experience the so-called “married couple fights”.
