Demi Lovato has recently expressed her excitement for her upcoming It’s Not That Deep tour in April.
The Heart Attack singer reflected on her tour while speaking to Eli Rallo at 92NY in New York City.
“It's really amazing to be in this era right now… It's very celebratory, very fun,” said the 33-year-old.
While discussing the album, Demi mentioned that the essence of the album was “a reflection of where I'm at in my life today, which is I'm happier than ever, and I wanted my music to reflect that”.
The singer, who first authored her cookbook One Plate at a Time: Recipes for Finding Freedom with Food, shared that she’s “very, very, very excited and a little overwhelmed, a little nervous” to see everybody on the road.
Demi also revealed what kind of songs she would be playing during her forthcoming tour.
“I can't wait to play music from It's Not That Deep, but also songs that you are all already familiar with… And there's the potential to be playing even newer music,” pointed out the songstress.
The song which Demi is most excited to sing in front of her fans included Sorry to Myself from the new album.
Dishing out the reason, the Grammy nominee added, “I went through so much, and I kind of put myself through hell for a long time, and I'm sorry to myself for that,” while referencing her recovery from an eating disorder.
