Becky G talks about tragic time in her life

Becky G, who was cheated on three years ago, recently opened up about that time in her life.

The American singer’s former fiancé and professional soccer player, Sebastian Lletget, was exposed in 2023 that he cheated on his lover to which he himself admitted it.

Now, speaking to Alex Cooper on her Call Her Daddy podcast, the musician revealed how tragic 2023 was for her.

She gushed, “I was distraught and broken in a lot of ways,”

When asked how is she still with him, the 29-year-old revealed, “I think removing myself from the relationship…I think it was more like removing myself from the context of anyone I've ever had to be something to.”

For the unversed, the love birds rekindled soon after, building their relationship  again which was destroyed in a span of moments.

She added, “I think that whole like, ‘It'll never be the same again,’ something about that was actually exciting, Like, ‘Oh, there can be something new… It’s just this earned wisdom I guess you can say.”

The Shower hit maker stated that it takes time and commitment as they locked in and worked on themselves so they can heal.

For the unfamiliar the couple dated for six years before breaking up due to athlete cheating on the songwriter and they together later again, although the date and the month is not confirmed.
