Channing Tatum candidly gave his social media admirers an update on his recovery after shoulder surgery.

The 45-year-old actor uploaded a candid video on his official Instagram account, noting that the recovery has mentally exhausting, but his health is improving.

In the shared clip, he revealed that it’s “finally a good day” after what he described as a difficult stretch, adding that he has been “mentally up and down in my head” more than ever before in his life.

The actor also showed his healing shoulder, with the scar appearing less prominent, while noting steady progress in his recovery.

“I’m getting some mobility back. It’s atrophied so much though. I feel like a toddler in the gym,” he said.

The Magic Mike star shared that doctors have now cleared him to resume training for his upcoming project centered around the Isle of Man TT.

“It’s gonna be a grind. Wish me some luck,” he added, revealing he has just six weeks before filming begins.

Reflecting on the journey, he wrote, “This one has been the lowest of the lows. But starting to come out the other side. Feeling better than I have in months mentally.”

For the unversed, Channing Tatum first revealed the injury in February following a skiing accident at Sundance.
