Noel Gallagher has reportedly ended his two-year relationship with girlfriend Sally Mash, insiders reveal.
The 58-year-old Oasis legend and the events manager are said to have “mutually decided they’re not right for each other,” with sources stressing the split was amicable.
“There’s no bad blood. They’ve stayed the best of friends,” a source told The Sun’s Bizarre column.
Noel, who began dating Sally in 2023, two years after divorcing his second wife Sara MacDonald, previously joked about “punching above his weight” with her.
Speaking on his friend Matt Morgan’s Patreon podcast, he said: “If you can make a girl laugh, the battle is more than won… She’s either into you for what you are, or the quest continues.”
Reflecting on his divorce, he admitted the period had taken its toll.
Divorce had left him in a strange, unsettled space that he was drinking more than usual, eating poorly, and juggling life on the road while smoking heavily.
Looking back, he described the whole period as chaotic, yet somehow “great” in its own messy way.
The Wonderwall star also revealed he scrapped a potential “divorce album” after finding it too depressing.
“I was six tunes in and got bored. They were all songs about having a broken heart. It was becoming like Council Skies,” he explained.
Instead, he’s turning his focus to a “defiant rock album” filled with fresh material.
Noel described Council Skies as “the best High Flying Birds album” and, aside from Oasis’s Definitely Maybe, “the first album I’ve made that is actually perfect.”
