Chase Infiniti counting down to Oscars: ‘I’m so excited!’

Chase Infiniti is counting down to Hollywood’s biggest night and she can barely contain her excitement.

The 25-year-old actress is heading to the Oscars with her film riding high this awards season.

While she’s keeping tight-lipped about the finer details, one thing’s for sure: she’s buzzing.

“I don’t want to say anything and hype it up too much … but I’m very excited for it,” she told E! News

“I’m excited for that night and I’m excited to see what I wear.”

The One Battle After Another star admits there are “so many moving parts” behind the scenes, like any nominee preparing for the Academy Awards.

From fittings to rehearsals and endless last-minute tweaks, it’s all systems go.

But amid the madness, she’s determined to carve out a little calm.

“I know that day is going to be very crazy,” she said.

“But I’m going to be filled with so much excitement, because there’s so many things to celebrate with the film.”

And if her big night wasn’t already cinematic enough, her name has its own Hollywood backstory.

Chase revealed she was named after Chase Meridian, the role played by Nicole Kidman in the 1995 blockbuster Batman Forever.

“My parents were obsessed,” she laughed.

“They said their child has to be named Chase.”

Moreover, her middle name was inspired by the iconic “To infinity and beyond” catchphrase from Toy Story.

Despite sharing a name with the Oscar-winning actress’s character, Chase admits she’s yet to meet Nicole in person.
