Lily Allen has quietly moved on to a new phase as she is dating Jonah Freud, the great-great-grandson of Sigmund Freud.

Sigmund Freud is the father of psychoanalysis and famous for his work in the division of human personality.

This comes almost one year after she separated from the 50-year-old American actor, David Harbour.

During a recent interview with Grazia, the 40-year-old called Freud, 28, her boyfriend casually and this marks the end of several months of speculation.

Notably, the duo was spotted together in Paris, Rome and at the Paris Fashion Week.

This romance comes with a great career recovery as her highly personal album West End Girl, which she wrote in the emotional aftermath of her marriage struck.

Moreover, it received critical acclaim and hit the NME Best Albums of 2025 list, and contributed to a hugely successful tour.

However, the It's Not Me, It's You crooner has just admitted that she struggles with constant vocal tension just days prior to the launch of her tour on March 2.

The tour begins in the Royal Concert Hall, and the UK tour will feature big performances in the London Palladium and a headlining performance at the O2.

Allen who is now sober went on to state she has been feeling anxious when returning to the stage, and the live performance is a strong load of adrenaline for her.

The mother of two appears to be balancing the domestic recovery and a powerful professional image.

It is pertinent to mention that she has been nominated under three categories at the 2026 Brit Awards, including British Album of the Year.
