Daniel Radcliffe shares heartfelt insight on raising his son

Daniel Radcliff made a rare comment about embracing fatherhood.

The Harry Potter star, who is in a long-term relationship with American actress Erin Drake, welcomed their first-born son in April 2023.

In an interview with the Rolling Stone, the Now You See Me 2 actor got candid about raising his son.

He said, "I'm an emotional wreck, in the best way, I cry a lot more. I see him being incredibly joyful, and it just transforms you."

Radcliffe said that watching his son laugh so freely had been emotional enough to make him tear up.

He and Drake first met in biological drama Kill Your Darlings, where they played a couple with Radcliffe later admitting that he was immediately attracted to her.

Previously, while receiving Tony Award in 2024 for Best Actor in a Featured Role in a Musical for Merrily We Roll Along, he expressed his love for his partner and son calling them the "the best thing that's ever happened to me."

Following birth of his in April 2023, an insider revealed to the DailyMail that the couple is "absolutely thrilled" to become parents.
