Leslie Grossman and Sascha Penn celebrate marriage with private wedding party

Leslie Grossman and film producer Sascha Penn have officially celebrated their marriage following a secret summer elopement. 

The couple privately exchanged vows in July 2025 on Martha’s Vineyard, the Massachusetts island where they also got engaged in August 2024, choosing an intimate ceremony away from the spotlight.

To honour their union with loved ones, close friend and celebrated producer Ryan Murphy threw a surprise New Year’s Eve dinner party at the Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles. 

According to People, the winter-themed event brought together family and friends for an evening of heartfelt speeches, dancing and celebration. 

Among those in attendance were actresses Sarah Paulson and Holland Taylor, who both delivered touching tributes to the newlyweds.

Grossman and Penn first met on a dating app in 2022 and have since blended their families, Penn’s three adult children from a previous relationship and Grossman’s 19-year-old daughter, Goldie, whom she shares with her ex-husband. 

Moreover, the couple spoke warmly about the joy of combining their lives and the strong bond between family members present at the celebration, as per the outlet.

For the reception and dinner, Grossman wore a custom tea-length gown with lace details, followed by a chic black dress for midnight festivities.

A highlight of the evening came when Grossman and her daughter danced together to Beyoncé’s Love on Top, marking a joyful moment as the clock struck 12.
