Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni, 42, appeared at the U.S. District Court in Manhattan on Wednesday, February 11.

This comes as a court-ordered settlement conference before they stand trial on May 18.

It Ends With Us co-stars were also present in what seems to be the last chance to resolve the dispute before it goes to trial.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Sarah L. Cave is the judge in charge of the closed-door hearing, whereas the trial shall be presided over by District Judge Lewis J. Liman.

The 38-year-old adorned an olive green suit over a pink and white button-up with a striped green cardigan, styling it with boots and a green handbag.

Baldoni, who wore a scarf and a green coat, was accompanied by his wife, Emily Baldoni. The pair married in 2013 and has two children together.

The court contest was initiated several months after the release of the novel adaptation in August of 2024.

Lively made a complaint against Baldoni in December 2024 with allegations of sexual harassment and subsequently filed a lawsuit against Baldoni in January 2025.

She has claimed great financial damage and a damaged reputation that are associated with the controversy.

Baldoni has refuted the charges and had entered a countersuit against Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, which was withdrawn.

He also took a summary judgment to dismiss Lively the court is yet to determine whether to grant him that or not.

The case will be on a course of trial in May unless a settlement is reached.
