Demi Lovato has confirmed she is cancelling several scheduled stops on her highly anticipated It’s Not That Deep North American tour to focus on her health and performance readiness.

In a message shared with fans on social media on February 10, 2026, Lovato explained that during early tour preparations she realised the original schedule was too demanding and could compromise her ability to deliver her best onstage.

As a result, she called off concerts in Charlotte (April 8), Atlanta (April 12), Nashville (April 14), Denver (May 5) and Las Vegas (May 8), offering her regrets to fans who had planned to attend.

According to Daily Mail, Lovato also revealed that her April 10 show in Orlando will be rescheduled to April 13, now officially serving as the tour’s kickoff date.

Moreover, she reassured ticket holders that refunds for cancelled dates will be processed automatically through Ticketmaster or AXS, while those who bought from independent resellers should contact their point of purchase.

The It’s Not That Deep tour, supporting Lovato’s 2025 album of the same name, will still run across 18 North American cities from mid-April through late May 2026, with Slovak singer Adéla as the opening act.

Furthermore, Lovato thanked her “Lovatics” for their understanding and support, stressing her excitement to return to the stage and connect with fans once she’s fully ready.
