Pop queen Lana Del Rey has sent fans into a frenzy with news of her upcoming single, White Feather-Hawk Tail Deer Hunter, dropping on 17 February 2026.

The 40-year-old singer took to Instagram to reveal it’s her “favourite song” and the track she’s been waiting to release.

Sharing her excitement, Lana explained that she worked closely with producers Drew Erickson and Jack Antonoff, who she said “finally found that magical chord that was missing”.

The Summertime Sadness hitmaker also co-wrote the track with her husband Jeremy Dufrene, her brother-in-law, and sister Caroline ‘Chuck’ Grant.

She promised that this is a record full of “bits and phrases thrown in by other people”.

Lana gave fans a peek behind the scenes, describing the video as a labour of love: “We made it just ourselves… but still, it takes hours and hours of editing and uploading.”

The songstress also hinted at the album’s country-inspired sound, teasing, “The majority of the album will have a country flair… Should I retire all my snakeskin boots? Should I put my cowboy hats in storage?”

Originally slated for May 2025, Lana’s tenth studio album, reportedly now titled Stove was delayed to early 2026 after she decided to add six more autobiographical tracks.

Fans will have to wait a little longer for the full record, as Lana joked vinyl takes “three months plus two weeks.”
