Zac Efron has stepped out in public to support his favourite sports team after taking a break from the limelight for months.
The 17 Again actor, who was seen supporting his brother Dylan Efron in November, recently took time out to watch a National Football League game.
In a snap from the match between the New England Patriots and the Houston Texans at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, the teen heartthrob flashed a wide grin alongside the Patriots CEO Robert Kraft.
Zac also wore one of the ’s businessman’s large NFL championship rings on his middle finger and even subtly donned the colours of the team with a navy blue puffer jacket that had red zippers, all of which paid off since the team ultimately won.
Meanwhile his prior appearance with Dylan in Dancing With The Stars was also much appreciated by the production coordinator.
“It meant everything, I grew up watching him do stuff like this, so the fact that he's now watching me do this is crazy to me,” Zac’s younger brother had said in an interview at the time.
Notably, fans took to social media to express their delight and surprise at The Greatest Showman star’s latest appearance since they did not know that he was a Patriots fan.
Zac’s face sparked a lot of buzz at one point because it looked quite different from his usual appearance, but the actor later revealed that it was because he had a serious accident in which he slipped and his face hit the floor.
