Khloé Kardashian has made a surprisingly candid confession, admitting she spent years dodging therapy after what she describes as “really bad” and even toxic experiences.
The 41-year-old reality star revealed on her Khloe in Wonder Land podcast that she didn’t initially seek help for herself, but rather to silence the constant pressure around her.
“I think I was bullied into therapy,” she admitted, explaining she finally went just to “get everyone to shut the f*** up”.
But her reluctance ran deeper than stubbornness, as Khloé said her early encounters with therapists left her deeply scarred and distrustful.
“I was opposed for so long because I always had really bad therapists,” she shared before dropping a bombshell claim.
According to Lamar Odom ex-wife, some therapists betrayed her trust by selling stories about her to the press.
“It’s been really horrible and toxic,” she said, adding that the experience made her extremely guarded.
Things only changed when her sister Kim Kardashian stepped in.
Khloé revealed she felt safe trying therapy again after Kim recommended a therapist she personally trusted.
“Maybe because Kim was seeing her and I felt safe with that,” she explained.
The mum-of-two also opened up about changes coming to her podcast, promising fans a more relaxed and personal vibe in its second season.
She says listeners loved her solo episodes and wanted more honest, conversational chats.
This time around, Keeping Up with the Kardashians star plans to invite family members and people from her inner circle, including those “not afraid to call me out”.
