Jessica Alba shares emotional message amid ongoing divorce from Cash Warren

Jessica Alba has paid a touching tribute to her son Hayes, after her ongoing divorce from Cash Warren.

The 44-year-old actress marked Hayes’ eighth birthday on New Year’s Day by sharing an emotional video-and-photo montage on Instagram, featuring sweet moments from his childhood. 

The slideshow showed him as a baby, spending time with his sisters Honor, 17, and Haven, 14, getting his first haircut, and enjoying his favourite hobbies, from golf and football to piano and basketball, proudly sporting a LA Lakers jersey.

In a heartfelt caption, the Fantastic Four actress described Hayes as “sweet, bright, fun and hilarious”, admitting that watching him grow has been “one of the greatest experiences” of her life. 

She also praised his sporting talents, competitive streak, especially when beating her at UNO and his natural kindness and empathy.

But it was Hayes’ emotional strength that stood out most. 

Referencing her separation from Cash, 46, whom she split from in December 2024 before filing for divorce in February 2025, Jessica applauded her youngest child for facing uncertainty with courage.

She wrote that she has “admired” how Hayes stepped into the past year “with so much bravery”, never letting the unknown overwhelm him despite the many changes around him.

Jessica, who is now dating actor Danny Ramirez, ended the tribute by expressing her unconditional love, telling Hayes she is “tremendously proud” of him and will love him “in this lifetime and all lifetimes”.

The post quickly resonated with fans, many praising both mother and son for their strength during a challenging time.
