Theresa Randle has been hit with a temporary restraining order after her former partner made a series of alarming allegations.
He claimed that she repeatedly broke into his home and assaulted him.
The 61-year-old Bad Boys star is at the centre of a legal dispute after her ex-boyfriend, Dario Pallini, filed court papers accusing her of harassment months after their relationship ended in 2024.
According to documents submitted to the Los Angeles Superior Court, Pallini claims the actress entered his apartment without permission on more than one occasion. He alleged that during an incident on 18 May, he woke up to find Randle standing over his bed.
Pallini claimed he believed the Sugar Hill actress was under the influence of drugs and said he contacted police.
He further alleged that she later threatened to shoot him and struck him with a metal pole.
The second alleged incident reportedly took place on June 01.
Pallini claimed he discovered Randle hiding inside a closet in his apartment, sitting beside his dog while smoking crack cocaine.
He also alleged she assaulted him and threw a can of vegetables at his head.
A Los Angeles judge granted Pallini a temporary restraining order on 2 June, which will remain in place until a court hearing on 23 June. At that hearing, he is expected to seek a longer-term domestic violence restraining order.
The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed officers attended Spawn actress' apartment on June 01 following a domestic violence call, although authorities have not confirmed details of the allegations.
It's worth noting that Randle has not publicly responded to the claims.
The latest allegations come just months after the Space Jam actress was arrested on suspicion of corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant in March.
She was released two days later due to insufficient evidence.
Moreover, Randle was also detained in 2024 on suspicion of felony assault.
