The 54-year-old caused a major uproar for an unusual reason online after videos from the show began to make the rounds.
The Next Episode hitmaker was called out for dressing in red as many fans were convinced that the attire had some political meaning associated.
However, Snoop turned to his Instagram to share some rare pictures from the performance, writing in the caption: “Hope yall enjoyed.”
The carousel captured singing melodies on a white stage for the special Christmas show.
It appears that the rapper has turned a deaf ear to the ongoing chatter about the attire and his performance in general.
His followers flooded the comment section as they praised the musician with one of the users called the appearance “flawless.”
Meanwhile, another suggested the Grammy nominee to turn this in to a “new tradition,” writing: “We need you to make this a special next year!! A Snoop Christmas.”
