The 54-year-old superstar will deliver a special halftime performance during the festive clash between the Detroit Lions and the Minnesota Vikings at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis on December 25.

Netflix chief Bela Bajaria hailed the announcement as a major win, saying Christmas Gameday had just become “a whole lot cooler” thanks to the West Coast icon.
She added that teaming up the NFL with Snoop Dogg was the ultimate gift for viewers around the world.
Snoop takes over the festive spotlight from Beyoncé, who headlined Netflix’s first Christmas Day NFL game last year.
