Cillian Murphy returns as Thomas Shelby in ‘Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man’

Peaky Blinders is returning with a feature film starring Cillian Murphy who will reprise his role of Thomas Shelby.

The film is titled Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man.

The first teaser of the upcoming film was released which gave a glimpse of Cillian in his iconic role.

The famous gangster ended the hit period drama with leaving his troubled life behind.

However, in the upcoming movie he is shown to be contemplating his return.

The movie is a spin-off of the show set during the Second World War.

During the chaos of the WWII, Thomas’ needs to break out to protect the Shelby Company.

In the trailer, Thomas can be seen hearing his dead wife, Grace Shelby’s voice, calling him out, saying, “you’ve got to come back.”

The movie is slated to release on March 6, 2026, in select theatres and will be available for streaming on March 20.

There will be two six-part sequels in the future which will be centred around the new generation of the Shelby family.
