Timothee Chalamet, EsDeeKid collab breaks the internet

Timothée Chalamet has broken the internet with his latest move, after playing coy when asked about rumours that he was the English rapper EsDeeKid.

The Dune actor, who took on the hip-hop moniker Lil Timmy Tim when he was young, appeared alongside the Cali Man rapper, and surprisingly dropped some bars of his own by sharing some verses on the singer’s song 4 Raws.

In the music video, the actor wore a bandana covering his face like the rising rap star before removing it to reveal his identity as being separate from the rapper's.

Timothée’s verses clear up "It's Timothée Chalamet chillin', tryin' to stack $100 million,” with an immediate nod to his girlfriend Kylie Jenner, “Girl got a billion What the f**k? What a wonderful feelin'.”

The Little Women actor also gave several shout outs to his upcoming movie, Marty Supreme, which he has been busy promoting for months.

4 Raws (the remix) has gone viral on the internet in only a couple of hours, with musicians like Laufey, Drake and Central Cee leaving lighthearted and appreciative responses in the comments of the post shared by the two artists.

Notably, Marty Supreme has also become A24’s most successful projects yet, since its limited release is already selling out shows.

Does Timothee Chalamet rap?

Timothée has appeared alongside EsDeeKid to show off his rapping skills, but does not rap as a profession.
