Justin Bieber sings 'Baby' to mark 2025 comeback

Justin Bieber’s 2025 comeback included a quiet moment that fans didn’t expect.

The singer stopped by the Lucky Strike bowling alley another spot used in the video that launched his career.

He shared a short Instagram video this week from Universal CityWalk in Los Angeles. It’s the same location where he filmed Baby back in 2010.

In the clip Bieber walks through the space wearing casual clothes. He sings part of the chorus under his breath. 

A friend beatboxes in the background and cheers for him. He captioned the post, 

"Went to where I shot my music video for baby .

This is what happened"

His Fans picked up on the timing right away.

Bieber recently returned to making music starting with his first album in four years Swag. The project debuted at No. 2 and earned the label of his biggest streaming release to date.

The 31-year-old singer's comeback follows a long time away from the limelight. Previously in 2022, Bieber also refused to perform some last shows of his Justice world tour to focus on himself.

Since then the Baby Hitmaker has kept a low profile making appearances rare and declining to hold big promotional events.

The throwback clip felt different from a standard rollout. It wasn’t flashy or staged. Just a short walk through the place where it all started.

For longtime fans, it landed exactly as intended.
