James Blunt flaunts 'baby face' post cosmetic procedures at Royal Family event

James Blunt turned heads on Friday as he arrived at the christening of Princess Beatrice’s daughter Athena, looking younger than ever and with a brand-new auburn hair colour.

The 51-year-old singer, once known for his dark brown shaggy locks, debuted a tidier cut with a rich auburn tint, pairing it with a smart grey suit, long jacket, and burgundy striped tie.

Blunt, who has openly joked about his approach to cosmetic procedures, told fans in the past that his philosophy is “little and often,” and his baby-faced appearance seemed to prove it.

Princess Beatrice and her husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi invited loved ones to celebrate their second daughter Athena's christening.

Blunt is connected to the Royal Family through his marriage to Sofia Wellesley granddaughter of the 8th Duke of Wellington and has known Princes William and Harry since their teenage years.

Fans have been curious about Blunt’s youthful glow for years. On This Morning last October he admitted his skincare routine was simple saying "I use soap every day."

Moreover, he dropped a Botox bombshell explaining his “little and often” approach to cosmetic surgery. In 2022, he told BBC Breakfast the same thing shrugging off suggestions that he might be bluffing.

The christening brought together royals and close friends including Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank as well as European royals like Princess Nina of Greece and Denmark, who is a godmother.

King Charles was invited but did not attend, while Princess Anne was at the Sovereign’s Parade at Sandhurst.

Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and Sarah Ferguson made a rare public appearance though Andrew avoided official photographs.

Athena’s christening had been delayed earlier this year reportedly due to family difficulties while her older sister Sienna was baptised in 2022.
