Somewhere between the Stranger Things Season 5 premiere and senior school, Noah Schnapp becomes a real-life Hannah Montana.
On his recent appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, the Netflix sci-fi hit breakout star shed light on managing his school life while on the press tour for the show.
While chatting on the late-night show, the host reflected on reading somewhere that Schnapp said he felt like Hannah Montana and asked if it was true.
“I do, I do,” he admitted, “because what have the past few weeks been like? My friends always call me Hannah Montana because I also go to school in the middle of this.”
The actor further revealed that he is currently in senior college and, during the press tour, was attending school remotely.
“So I would leave these premieres with all these screaming fans and then I'd hop in the car,” he recalled. “I'd get on my Zoom in my suit and be like, ‘Hi, I'm sorry I'm late for class. I was just at a premiere.’”
Schnapp admitted that he does feel like Hannah Montana.
Amidst this, Fallon chipped in, saying, “That's hilarious because you're out there, all these screaming fans, wearing like these…”
“And the teacher does not care,” Schnapp added with a snap. “She's like, ‘No, you're late. Your work was late.’”
