Sydney Sweeney pitted against 'Housemaid' star Amanda Seyfried

Sydney Sweeney became one of the most controversial celebrities of Hollywood after stirring buzz with several bizarre moves this year.

Although the 28-year-old actress did not succeed on-screen with three flops, that did not stop Sydney from promoting The Housemaid with co-star Amanda Seyfried.

The Euphoria star made an appearance at the premiere dressed in silver, body-fitted dress that became the talk of town.

On the other hand, Amanda was spotted wearing a baby-pink gown as the two blondes posed for the cameras.

After the pictures from the event went viral, fans started comparing the two stars. 

Referring to her past controversies, the Anyone But You lead was called out for her low neck line.

One of the X users criticised the Hollywood star: “It’s kind of comical that Sydney’s trademark now is making sure the girls are on display at all times.”

Another netizen was of the opinion that they “love Amanda, can’t say the same for” the Primetime Emmy Award nominee.

However, few admirers jumped in to defend her as someone gushed about her dress: “I love Sydney’s look, absolutely stunning.”

When asked about her bond with the 39-year-old, the Immaculate lead admitted that they “became sisters… the bestest friend ever.”

Meanwhile, it is being reported that Sydney is secretly beefing with her other co-star Zendaya as they denied promoting the upcoming season 3 of Euphoria together.
