Zachery Ty Bryan and fiancée under arrest

Zachery Ty Bryan is once again under arrest but this time he is not alone in jail.

This incident is in fact Zachery’s sixth which he had to face law enforcement in the span of five years.

The 44-year-old actor was arrested this time for allegedly violating his probation from a previous domestic-violence case according to People.

His arrest was made in Eugene, Oregon. The Guardians of Justice star is currently in custody without bail at Lane County Jail and is scheduled to be released on Wednesday

His fiancee Johnnie Faye Cartwright was also arrested this time and is jailed at the same jail for one count of driving under the influence, three counts of reckless endangerment and one count of attempted first-degree assault.

Bryan was previously taken into custody in January of this year for reportedly choking and punching a lady in front of witnesses and charged with second-degree domestic violence by Myrtle Beach police in South Carolina.

The star of Hammer of the Gods was arrested twice for DUI in 2024. He faced many charges against him in the year 2023 as well.

He was charged with robbery, harassment, and felony assault the year prior. Zachery has yet to make comments on his arrest this time.
