American actor Kevin Spacey is set to face court in 2026.
The American Beauty star has faced several sexual misconduct allegations in the past years after multiple individuals came out claiming he assaulted them.
As per the new report by BBC, the Oscar winner will face civil claims from three men.
The three men who have accused Kevin claim he assaulted them between 2000 and 2013.
The case is set to take place in October 2026 at the High Court in London.
The L.A. Confidential star has formally denied al accusations made against him. He has denied two of the cases and is yet to file a defense on the third.
Ruari Cannon, who is one of the three men who have accused Kevin, has waived his anonymity.
He also appeared in a 2024 documentary, Spacey Unmasked, in which he revealed he was groped by the actor at an afterparty at London’s Old Vic theater in 2013.
Responding to the claims, the actor said it is “ridiculous and it never happened.”
Another accuser, who remains known as LNP, claims that the 66-year-old “deliberately assaulted” him between 2000 and 2005.
The third person to make the claims is referred to as GHI in court, who claims that Kevin assaulted him in 2008 at London’s Old Vic theater.
