Netflix actor and theatre veteran Tony Germano has died in a tragic accident at his home in São Paulo.
The 55-year-old star fell from the roof of his house on Wednesday, Nov 26 morning while inspecting the renovation work going on for the house.
Rescue teams did their best to revive the actor, but failed at their attempts as the actor breathed his last on the spot putting an end to his three decades long career.
The actor leaves no one behind as a family of his own. He spent his last night before the unfortunate morning at his sister's home.
Tony’s sister stated that the performer was happy, relaxed and excited about wrapping up the renovations.
Fans around the world also knew his voice. He worked on Nicky, Ricky, Dicky & Dawn, Go, Dog, Go!, Beauty and the Beast, Elena of Avalor, The Muppets and Sheriff Callie’s Wild West.
The Phantom Summer actor was buried on Thursday in Vargem Grande Paulista. His loved ones including fans and industry peers, gathered to bid their final goodbyes.
“Tony was one of the kindest souls I’ve ever worked with. Always generous with his time and so full of life. It’s impossible to imagine the stage and studios without him,” Voice actress Maria Lopes stated.
