David Beckham shared an update on his life while son Brooklyn reportedly continues to maintain no contact with his family.
After the 50-year was honoured with knighthood, David revealed he made a soft return to the pitch after retirement in 2013.
In a new video, the Inter Miami CF co-founder can be seen joining children from India, an experience he adored.
The footballer gushed about playing “with these incredible kids and @unicef in Mumbai….all over the world football always puts a smile on children’s faces.”
His move was appreciated by the online community as it seems to motivate young talent to follow in his footsteps.
Indian cricketer Ꮪhubman Gill also praised Sir David by commenting two heart emojis on the post.
However, his eldest son Brooklyn did not engage with the update as he presumably ignores olive branches from father.
The aspiring chef reportedly did not reach out to the athlete upon his lifetime achievement of knighthood.
After the drama intensified, David admitted he is “different with my kids… a lot softer than my dad.” Instead of opting for strict parenting, the entrepreneur made sure to open up to his children.
Meanwhile, he still maintains “certain traits” that were passed down from his father.
