Late One Direction star Liam Payne’s girlfriend, Kate Cassidy, has shared a touching new video on Instagram in remembrance of him, opening up about her life since his tragic passing.

Liam, who passed away in 2024, left a hole in the hearts of fans worldwide, and Kate’s post gives a personal glimpse into how she’s been coping.

The video, set in a narrative style, begins with Liam’s asking, “What have you been up to since I’ve gone?”

It then cuts to a series of clips showing Kate embracing life despite her loss.

One poignant moment shows her blowing out the candles on a cupcake, marking her 26th birthday.

Other shots capture her adopting a foster dog, spending time with friends, getting tattoos, visiting Disney, staying active, and simply doing things that bring her happiness.

She captioned the post simply yet emotionally: “Love you, my Liam”, touching the hearts of fans around the world.

For those unfamiliar, What Makes You Beautiful singer and the 26-year-old influencer started dating in October 2022, when they were first seen together at a Halloween party. 

Their romance became public when they made their red carpet debut at the British Fashion Awards in December 2022.

What led to Liam Payne’s tragic death?

Liam Payne tragically passed away at the age of 31 after falling from a hotel balcony in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on October 16, 2024. 

The fall occurred while he was intoxicated and resulted in severe polytrauma, ultimately claiming his life.
