Selena Gomez reacts to 'Only Murders in the Building' news

The finale for the fifth season of the Only Murders in the Building recently premiered.

On 28 October, Selena Gomez posted the fact that the Only Murders in the Building will be filmed in London.

Earlier this week, the show bosses confirmed the sixth season is set for the production. The new series involving 10 episodes is likely to air in 2026.

The pop artist gushed, "Well, looks like our fam is going to London y'all...,"

The sixth season of the Hulu series is set to be filmed outside the U.S.

The 33-year-old actress shared her happiness in recent Instagram story. The Sunset Blvd hitmaker acknowledged the audience support and the entire lead trio of the show in the story.

"I want to thank our community and fans of @onlymurdershulu for allowing us to even have a season 6! We are eternally grateful we can bring any of you any sort of joy. My deepest gratitude from Steve, Marty and myself."

The mystery comedy-drama debuted in 2021, following 4 seasons, with impressive ratings, alongside seven Emmy nominations.

Fans were left pondering on the location for future episodes along with the suspenseful plot, after season five ended on a cliffhanger.

Gomez, Martin Short and Steve Martin were seen listening to a podcast about the prime suspect of the murder, British woman, who killed a royal descendant before escaping the US.
