Lily Allen is Charli XCX on social media?

Lily Allen is name-dropping the celebrity she ‘impersonates’ on social media, along with some other confessions.

The Madeline singer, who has just released her explosive divorce album West End Girl about David Harbour, is dishing some unconventional details about herself.

In a candid chat with Interview magazine, the 40-year-old was asked about if she has any fake Instagram accounts, to which she replied with the affirmative.

“Yeah. I have about five. One’s a fake Charli XCX account,” Allen said with a laugh, later confirming what their purpose was.

The interviewer then asked the purpose of the accounts, if it was just for spying on others or does she leave comments as well.

“No, it’s more just spying on people. But then I get found out and then I get blocked and then I have to start a new one,” the English songwriter stated hinting that the people she spies on realise it’s actually her.

Allen also revealed that she no longer feels the need to take revenge on her ex, Harbour, adding that she is in a different mindset now than when she wrote the freshly released album.
