Katy Perry and Justin Trudeau are not taking their relationship with a slow-burning romance; their love affair is serious and progressive.

After the couple made their first public appearance together in Paris on Saturday, October 25, PEOPLE reported that the pair had made their relationship official, as shared by a Canadian political source.

“This relationship is already fairly serious and definitely moving in that direction,” the source told PEOPLE.

The whirlwind romance started during Perry's ongoing Lifetimes World Tour, where Justin made an effort to meet her.

“They are very much a couple and have been seeing each other as often as possible,” the source added.

Perry’s Lifetimes Tour is set to run through late 2025, with multiple stops across Europe and Asia.

The singer will perform in cities including Prague on October 30 and Munich on October 31, before heading to Asia for shows in Hangzhou, Shanghai, and Tokyo in November.

The tour will wrap up in Abu Dhabi on December 7, 2025.

Perry and Justin first sparked romance rumors in July after dining together in Montreal.

The pair were later spotted kissing on a yacht near Santa Barbara and celebrating Perry’s birthday in Paris recently, where they were seen holding hands while attending a cabaret show at Crazy Horse.
