Hilary Duff has sent fans reeling with excitement after teasing her return to music after a decade since her last album.
Attending Vogue World: Hollywood 2025, she told Variety, “We’re getting something really soon.”
The beloved actress continued, “I have been hard at work in the studio with my husband [Matthew Koma] and a few other amazingly talented people. “[My fans] are going to hear something so soon, like in the blink of an eye.”
Her last album came out in 2025, called Breathe In. Breathe Out, which was the 5th studio album of her music career.
Duff confirmed that she had always planned on returning to music at one point, but some conditions needed to be met, “I always knew I was going to return to music. I needed to feel safe and I needed to have the right people in my corner and be absolutely 100% ready.”
“Honestly, I needed to have 10 years of life under my belt. I needed a lot to say. This album feels like the inner workings of my brain and I really am so excited to connect with people again on that level, that very forward-facing level,” she elaborated.
The singer signed with Atlantic Records back in September, also filming docuseries that will follow her life and her return to music.
Still boasting a loyal fan following due to being relatively unproblematic despite her long years in fame, users are eagerly anticipating her new music.
