Mandy Moore reveals unfulfilled career desire

Mandy Moore has had an extensive career from singing to acting, but there is still one feat that remains unachieved.

The Chasing Liberty actress opened up about a bucket list item in her professional life, after two-decades in Hollywood.

In an interview with People, the Screen Actors Guild award winner stated, "One day doing Broadway, doing theater, is sort of what remains on a pedestal for me.”

"It terrifies me, but also the idea of it thrills me more than anything. So one day, hopefully, that will come to fruition. We'll see,” Moore added.

The Candy singer was also asked if she prefers any specific kind of play, to which she noted that she doesn’t have a specific preference and would go for either an original or even a revival of a famous long-standing play.

Moore went on to say that she would be open to whichever role if it arrives at the right time if it presents itself.

The actress made her debut in the industry as a singer, going on to take up television roles and then transitioning into movies.

Moore has also been candid about the fact that she was able to have a relatively normal time as a teenager and that it wasn’t impacted by fame.
