Sean “Diddy” Combs legal troubles appear to be far from over, as a new filing by his former stylist Deonte Nash has surfaced just before the rap mogul’s federal case fully wraps up.
The Bad Boy Records founder’s assistant would also style his ex-girlfriend and one the primary witnesses in his sex trafficking trial, Cassie Ventura when he worked for the rapper for a decade from 2008 to 2018.
In the latest claims against the I’ll Be Missing You singer, instances of "forced tests of loyalty and manipulation, sexual harassment and sexual assaults, physical violence and manhandling, labor trafficking, threats of harm, and threats of death," are noted.
The filings allege multiple instances of physical abuse and violence initiated by Diddy when Deonte was working for him.
It includes the seemingly threatening demeanor noted by former victims, which made them afraid to speak out earlier against such a powerful figure.
In one instance from 2018, as the former stylist was preparing the 55-year-old and his then-girlfriend Cassie, the defendant reportedly "grinded on Mr. Nash’s genital area in a sexually charged way without his consent and said, 'this is how I make love to my lady.'"
Notably, Deonte issued a powerful statement about how the abuse he endured affected his personal and professional life and that he wants to seek justice and reclaim his story.
Diddy is set to appear before the court on October 3rd, where judge Arun Subramanian will announce the duration that the rap mogul will serve in prison for his transportation to engage in prostitution charge.
