Scott Wolf, Kelley Wolf divorce drama gets more complex

Scott and Kelley Wolf’s relationship is continuing to unravel in the public, and during the estranged husband’s attempt to get the restraining order on the latter extended, he has been granted an additional responsibility.

The Nancy Drew actor, who has sole custody of the duo’s three children Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy, 11 appeared in court for a hearing regarding the protective order he had filed for his children against the life coach.

In a report by Us Weekly, the 57-year-old appeared before a Utah judge with his lawyer Bart Johnson on September 10, while the mother-of-three had no legal representative.

Kelley showed up in court after spending just days in rehab and was told by the judge overseeing the proceedings to ask her lawyer to “send the court a letter indicating that they are representing” her.

“Once that occurs, [Scott] will be directed by the court to send money directly to that attorney to pay for [Kelley’s] retainer [for the lawyer],” the court minutes reveal.

The judge also noted that parts of the protective order must be upheld still, and that things will be further resolved in the next hearing, when the 48-year-old has proper legal representatives partially paid for by Scott.

When did Kelley Wolf leave rehab?

Kelley left rehab approximately a day after she entered it, in September 9th, and opted to stay at a hotel instead.
