The star of the hit sitcom Modern Family has finally tied the knot.
Eric Stonestreet starred on the show from 2009 to 2020 as Cameron Tucker.
The actor announced that he has married his longtime partner, paediatric nurse Lindsay.
The news was announced on Instagram by the actor on Tuesday, September 9.
In the post, the actor wrote “It's my birthday and guess what I got.”
The image featured the coupe posing together. Eric can be seen in a fitted navy-blue suit and light-blue tie. Meanwhile his bride wore a white satin gown with a crystal belt.
The pair tied the knot in a private ceremony in their home in Kansas City, Kansas.
Over one of the pictures shared by the TV star, he wrote “I got married!”.
Eric’s co-star Jesse Tyler Ferguson was quick to congratulate him.
On the post he commented, “Of all second marriages, this one is my favorite! I love you both! I'm so happy for you!!!!”
“Congratulations! So happy for you both”, actress Octavia Spencer wrote.
Singer Michael Buble also expressed his love for the couple as he dropped red heart emojis.
The pair met at the annual Big Slick charity event in Kansas City in 2016.
