Tom Pelphrey, Kaley Cuoco struggling with parenthood?

American actor Tom Pelphrey has opened up about juggling work with parenthood.

The actor is best known for playing the role of Ben Davis on the drama series Ozark. Meanwhile his partner, Kaley Cuoco is best known a Penny from The Big Bang Theory.

The pair welcomed their first child, daughter Matilda, on March 30, 2023.

Tom confessed in a recent interview that it is a struggle to juggle work with parenthood.

In conversation with The Independent, Tom said, “We’ve both been doing this for a while, we’ve lived a certain amount of life, and our priority is our family.”

Speaking on raising a child in 2025, the actor said he is assured every generation has felt this way.

“What I feel pulled towards is more connection, like the desire for time spent with my daughter, connecting.”, he added.

The Iron Fist star also insisted that they are the happiest as a couple when they are at home spending time with their daughter and pets.

Tom and Kaley have been dating since 2022 and they got engaged last year in summer.
