Doja Cat makes attention grabbing move on VMAs red carpet

Doja Cat decided to stand out from the crowd on the red carpet of the prestigious MTV VMAs by pulling an unusual stunt.

The Say So hitmaker stunned at the event with her pastel minidress with a plunging neckline and metallic pink details going from the bust to a straight line down the middle of her outfit, she paired the look with super tall pastel yellow heels.

During her pause on the carpet to have her pictures taken, the 29-year-old began doing a touch-up on her red lipstick (she was also carrying a red lipstick shaped clutch) before surprisingly biting into it and dramatically eating the part she bit off.

This elicited laughter from the photographers and eventually Doja as well, who then proceeded to walk off.

After the moment, she even told a Entertainment Tonight reporter that the lipstick was “delicious” as she walked into the event.

The Paint The Town Red singer also debuted an outfit change after her opening act for the show, wearing another minidress, this time in black and with a geometric neckline and a pop of colour coming from the bold red lip and striking blue heels.

Yes, Doja ate the Lady Danger shade of a MAC Cosmetics lipstick, later telling Instyle magazine that she was the brand’s new global ambassador.
