Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s upcoming wedding is already being hailed as one of the most anticipated celebrity events of the year, with fans and stars alike offering their take on the big day.
Now rock legends Foreigner have added their names to the list, throwing their hat in the ring to provide the soundtrack for the celebrations.
The band, famed for their 1984 power ballad I Want to Know What Love Is, penned a cheeky open letter to the couple, offering to take centre stage at their nuptials.
Posting on Instagram, the group wrote: “Dear Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce, we know what love is. We spent 40 years figuring it out… And now you guys have too.
Please accept this as our formal offer to be your wedding band. Best wishes, Foreigner.”
Moreover, they even tagged both stars in the message.
For the unversed, the Lover singer and the 35-year-old NFL star confirmed their engagement last month after two years of dating.
Sharing snaps of the romantic proposal, they teased fans with the caption: “Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married.”
But according to Kelce’s father Ed, the Kansas City Chiefs star actually popped the question two weeks earlier in a private garden in Lee’s Summit, Missouri.
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce haven’t set an official wedding date yet, but reports suggest they are eyeing summer 2026 for the big day.
According to Page Six and Elle Decor, the love pair is expected to tie the knot at Taylor’s lavish Watch Hill estate in Rhode Island.
However, they are still enjoying their engagement and not rushing into planning.
