Denise Richards’ former husband makes daunting revelation

Actress Denise Richards has been married to Aaron Phypers since 2018 but the marriage is cruising closer to its end.

The pair co-parent an adopted child, 14-year-old daughter, Eloise.

Aaron has revealed that the model had him sign adoption papers, but 'failed' to file the paperwork.

The revelation was made in bombshell new court documents the 52-year-old filed on Wednesday, according to People.

The model’s former husband has now claimed that he is now legally without his daughter “despite raising her as his own”.

Aaron said that Eloise has been his daughter by bond for over nine years. He added that this “has caused immeasurable harm”.

He aslo added that this irresponsible move shows the imbalance Denise maintains in this matter.

The report comes after Denise had requested the judge to order him and his family to vacate their Calabasas home so that she could retrieve her dogs without violating the temporary restraining order.

The couple adopted Eloise, who has a chromosome disorder, as an infant in 2011.

Denise and Aaron got married after the actress left her first husband Charlie Sheen.

Charlie and Denise are parents to two daughters, Sami and Lola.
