Mel B offers olive branch to Geri Halliwell despite her missing the wedding

Spice Girls will be turning 32 next year as their hit single Wannabe would complete 30 years in 2026.

The group last reunited as a five-piece group at the closing ceremony of the 2012 London Olympics and while rumours are swirling that the group might reunite again, it is uncertain if all five will make it given their internal feuds.

Mel B, also known as Scary Spice, got married for the third time in London on July 14 and surprisingly only one of her bandmates, Emma Bunton, showed up to attend the wedding.

The singer is particularly said to have had differences with Geri Halliwell, also known as Ginger Spice.

On Geri’s 53rd birthday, Mel B offered an olive branch to the singer by wishing her on her big day, despite her missing out on the wedding.

The 50-year-old took to Instagram to wish her bandmate a very happy birthday by sharing a picture of them together from the 90’s.

“Happy birthday Ginge!”, Mel wrote.

Even though the two have been bandmates for decades, their relationship has been on the rocks. One of the many reasons has been the rumours of them being in a romantic relationship, which Geri has denied.

At another instance Mel B commented on Geri’s age that she hides her real age saying “No one knows how old Geri is. No one's seen her passport”.
