Ed Sheeran, who is notable for his versatile collaborations from around the world, announced his upcoming tour "Loop" next year.
Although the 34-year-old singer sent his fans in to a frenzy with the news, another update added to the anticipation.
According to Accor Stadium, the Shape of You hitmaker will be performing his new tracks from upcoming album Play which is releasing on September 12.
The media release noted that Ed’s tour will be equipped with a “brand-new live production, a fresh stage design and new music from his upcoming album, Play (out 12 September).”
The place will host two shows this “summer” that are scheduled for “13 and 14 February, 2026.”
Social media was taken by storm after Ed turned to his Instagram to announce the upcoming tour in Australia and New Zealand.
The pop singer shared a picture of himself, standing above the crowd as he held his guitar high. He wrote in the caption: “New stage, new tricks, new set up, new songs and all the classics added.”
One of the users expressed their excitement, remarking that the name of the tour “fits perfectly” for the Perfect singer.
Another one called him “King of touring,” while a third netizen shares a similar opinion: “Omg… You really never rest.”
Music lovers are looking forward to his eight studio album as his last came out in September 2023, titled Autumn Variations.
