Taylor Swift fans are convinced that she will announce her 12th album this month
Taylor Swift fans are always trying to stay one step ahead of the Delicate singer, often debating over her easter eggs and clues, and this time the swifties have united over an upcoming album drop.
The 14-time Grammy winner’s marketing team has sent her fans into a frenzy, making them speculate that the global popstar will soon be making an announcement since her social media management team has initiated a countdown.
On July 18, Taylornation paid a tribute to the Teardrops on My Guitar singer’s 2003 debut album, Taylor Swift and hosted a listening party for the album, celebrating Taylor’s ownership of all her original recordings.
“Everything we need is finally right here by our side and to celebrate, stream the album with us at 1pm EDT today,” the page wrote in the caption.
The account followed up the next day by hosting a listening party in honour of her second studio album Fearless, on 2pm and have kept up the pattern by doing the same for Speak Now at 3pm.
Since Taylor has eleven studio albums as of yet, the swifties are convinced that she will drop her 12th studio album after The Tortured Poets Department’s streaming party at midnight on July 29.
Notably, the fans have also speculated that it could be a countdown for new merchandise, or an Eras Tour documentary.
When was ‘The Eras Tour’?
Taylor Swift’s biggest tour, The Eras Tour went on for a year, starting from March 17, 2023, and coming to an end on Dec. 8, 2024.
